Updated: 10 October 2026
1. Controller and contact details
Controller: {{TITULAR_LEGAL}}, operating under the commercial name EUPHORIA. NIF/CIF/NIE: {{NIF_CIF_NIE}}. Legal address: {{DOMICILIO_LEGAL}}.
Website: https://euphoriatnf.com/. Salon address: Avenida de España, 10, local 4, 38660 Costa Adeje, Adeje, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, España. Telephone: +34 622 135 416. For data-processing enquiries and withdrawal of consent: euphoriatnf@gmail.com.
2. Scope of consent
By selecting “I consent to the processing of my personal data” and submitting the form, I authorise the controller to receive, store, review and use the data I provide solely to assess this application, contact me and communicate its outcome. This consent does not cover marketing messages or other separate purposes.
3. Data covered
Full name, email address, telephone number, position, experience, preferred employment arrangement, message and any file I choose to attach. The attachment is optional. Do not send health or sex-life information, identity-document copies or other information unnecessary for assessing the application.
4. Choice and legal basis
Consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR is the basis for processing this application. The consent box is not preselected. Reading a document does not give consent. Without the required information and consent, the form cannot be submitted; browsing the website remains possible. The separate privacy-policy acknowledgement records that the information has been read and does not authorise advertising.
5. Access and retention
Authorised staff assessing the application and hosting, maintenance and email providers may access the data only as needed for their functions. Data are not published on the website. The application is delivered to EUPHORIA by email; the temporary server copy of an attachment is removed after sending is processed.
The application is kept while it is being assessed and deleted when no longer needed for that purpose or following withdrawal of consent. Information that must be retained to meet legal duties or establish, exercise or defend claims is restricted to that separate purpose and the applicable periods. Further information about recipients and international transfers is provided in the privacy policy.
6. Withdrawal and rights
I may withdraw consent at any time by emailing euphoriatnf@gmail.com and identifying the application concerned. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. I may also request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability or objection by contacting the controller by email or at its legal address. I may complain to Spain’s data-protection authority, AEPD: https://www.aepd.es/. Further details are set out in the privacy policy.
